The main living area is on the second floor, to better enjoy the gorgeous views. From the spacious living room, french doors open onto the oceanfront deck. Enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee, then stretch out with a good book and soak up the sun. This deck is especially situated to enjoy the nice breezes. This floor has a bright, airy kitchen, with plenty of room for multiple cooks, plus stools for guests to keep you company. The dining table is very unique and the living room boasts cozy furniture, a fireplace and a gaming table surrounded by windows to watch the sunset. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, one with a king bed and the other a queen. They share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is also a powder room, for everyone's convenience. The first floor boasts the master suite with a king bed, lovely bathroom and a private entrance. There is a 2nd king bedroom with its own bath, as well. Also on this floor is an additional living space, plus the laundry room. This floor has a large, two-car garage with plenty of beach chairs for everyone and a grill. The large driveway provides plenty of parking, plus room to turn around. This home is just a short stroll to the beach access.
