Love to kayak or paddle board? Always wanted to try it? Not only does this house come with both, it also has calm water right off the backyard to launch. From this lagoon, you can paddle and explore for miles through untouched marshes and estuaries. This vacation home is located on a quiet side street, with ample parking and lovely decks. Sunsets are awesome from the back deck, which faces west. The second floor houses the living quarters for the home, with the living room, kitchen and dining centered in the middle. Two bedrooms (1 queen and 2 twins) on the north side of the house share a hall bathroom in between. Two bedrooms (also 1 queen and 2 twins) on the south side share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The ground floor is a garage with a small laundry room. It stores surf boards, paddle boards, kayaks etc. The Howells have authorized tenants to use the kayaks and paddle boards, but not the surf boards.
