2 bedroom home 2 bathroom home with one ensuite and the other a bath with shower. Stylish fully organised modern kitchen with all the Appliances you would need. Comfy lounge suite & 6 seater dining table makes this a great home for 4 people. Outside dining table to sit at on a beautiful summer's morning or in the evening with that delicious aromatic filter coffee. Close to the thumping heart beat of the urban city bar & club scene this home lends itself to be the haven for guests who wish to sleep in late, have peace during the day and enjoy the nightlife all around.
Good to know
This place is in a very vibey part of town so expect the music & vibe to go on into the wee hours of the morning. Excessive electricity use will be charged to you so kindly do not let the airconditioner run unnecessarily. Like when you are out. Kindly note that South Africa experiences Load shedding & there is an inverter for lights, tv & laptops and to charge phones. If your booking is longer than 7 days, we require a compulsory mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change for an additional fee. Fee details: The exact cost is listed in the house manual. Please ask us of you require to know this cost before confirming your booking. Why it’s required: This service is not negotiable, as the linens and towels can only be laundered through our in-house laundry.
