2 bedroom home 2 bathroom home with one ensuite and the other a bath with shower. Stylish fully organised modern kitchen with all the Appliances you would need. Comfy lounge suite and a 6 seater dining table make this an ideal home for 4 people. Outside large patio set with table to sit at on a beautiful summer's morning or in the evening with that sundowner, staring into the majestic Table Mountain. Close to the thumping heart beat of the urban city bar & club scene this home lends itself to be the haven for the all night party people who wish to sleep in late and have peace during the day.

Good to know

This place is in a very vibey part of town so expect the music & vibe to go on into the wee hours of the morning. Excessive electricity use will be charged to you so kindly do not let the airconditioner run when you are out. Kindly note that South Africa experiences Load shedding and therefore there are scheduled blackouts. Kindly download the EskomsePush App to find out the schedule for your area. City of Cape Town (Area 7) Housekeeping is an extra and the costs are listed in the house manual in the apartment. For all bookings greater than 7 nights, we prefer the apartment to be serviced with a clean, change of linens and towels. Early and late check in or out are charged at an extra R500 and this can only be permitted if possible and on prior request. If your booking is longer than 7 days, we require a compulsory mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change for an additional fee. Fee details: The exact cost is listed in the house manual. Please ask us of you require to know this cost before confirming your booking. Why it’s required: This service is not negotiable, as the linens and towels can only be laundered through our in-house laundry.
