Important Details for Long Stays For bookings longer than 7 nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled every 7 nights (e.g., on Day 8, Day 15, etc.) to maintain hygiene and linen quality. This service includes fresh linen, light cleaning, and trash removal. Fee: R510 per clean (separate from the standard cleaning fee). The fee is payable in advance via Airbnb’s Resolution Centre (an official Airbnb process) and must be settled before check-in. Note: Linens must be replaced after a maximum of 7 nights of use. Please be aware that South Africa utilizes scheduled power outages called loadshedding. Managed by Eskom to balance the grid, these may cut electricity for a few hours at a time.
