This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen-size beds, a cable TV, and a wet bar with a mini fridge. Bedroom #3 includes king-size bed, a cable TV, a love seat, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a first-floor, walk-down unit with 19 steps required to reach the main entrance. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking for 2 vehicles is available on a first-come, first-served basis. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived. • Portable crib provided. • Long-term stays allowed. • Outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. The exclusive gated-community of StoneBridge Village offers many on-site amenities for you to enjoy including the LedgeStone 18-hole, par 71, championship golf course, the LedgeStone Club House and adjoining LedgeStone Grille for your dining enjoyment, a gym, two inviting pools for a relaxing day of sun and fun, adventurous walking trails and playgrounds for the little ones. The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
