The private community offers onsite dining, but when you’re in the mood for a meal at home, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up something delicious. The home’s private, screened-in patio offers the perfect spot for 5-star dining with serene Branson views and ample seating space. During your stay at Silver Dollar Hideaway, all you need to do is settle in and get ready to have the time of your life! This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa located in the living area. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: - This is a walk-down unit requiring you to take the stairs with 16 steps to reach the entry door. - Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. - 2 parking spaces are available in the driveway. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived. - On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge. - Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. - A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. - Washer and dryer in unit. - Fireplace is seasonally operational from October-February. - The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason. The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. Silver Dollar City, only 10 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme, perfect for family fun! Downtown Branson, 20 minutes away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
