The spacious yet cozy living room is a welcome place to kick up your feet after a long day of exploring the local sights and thrills, with vaulted ceilings, comfortable sofa, and recliner seating, and large mounted smart TV. The open floor plan keeps the conversation flowing from room to room as you step into the chic dining area with table and chairs for 6. Just beyond, a generous, well-equipped kitchen with all standard appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware can accommodate any type of meal you desire whether it be homemade or trying takeout from a local restaurant. If you have barbeque fans in your group, a community charcoal grill within the complex is available for guest's use. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, private deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub. Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen-size beds and a smart TV. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: - This is a walk-up unit with 4 steps leading to the entryway. - Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. - Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 in front of the garage and 1 between garages. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived. - Washer and dryer in home. - Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. - A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. - Community outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores.
