Outdoor Areas: Bring some snacks and soak in the FL sun in the cushioned loungers! We do have a beautiful, private patio ready for your use! With that includes a grill. In order to keep the grill in tip top shape for all our guest, we do charge a $30 cleaning fee. Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure filled day in Orlando. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 (Downstairs) - King Bed with ensuite bathroom, Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): King Bed with access to the balcony, Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): 2 Single Beds with ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): 2 Single Beds with ensuite bathroom. Facilities: The Magic Village Views is a luxury gated community right next to Disney parks! The resort offers a swimming pool & gym ($100+tax extra fee per group per day), fitness center, volleyball & tennis courts, restaurant, grocery and tickets stores. There is a $100+tax extra fee per group per day to use the pool and gym at the clubhouse. This fee is charged only if you use the clubhouse. To book your pass go directly to the concierge. Location: Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Please note: We provide the grill, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed.
Good to know
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival: - 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection). - 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear. Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous. “Resort amenities are managed by the community and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for their maintenance schedules, and availability is not guaranteed.” Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
