Please enjoy food and drinks in the kitchen and dining areas rather than in the bedrooms. Please do not move furniture or décor, and handle all furnishings with care. Guests may be responsible for replacement costs for damaged or missing items. Please keep track of remotes. Lost remotes may result in a replacement fee. No illegal substances are permitted on the property. No trailer or RV parking. Do not tamper with Wi-Fi equipment, locks, smoke detectors, security cameras, or other safety devices. Additional Reminders Only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not flush paper towels, feminine products, wipes — including those labeled “flushable” — or other items. Please place food waste and grease in the trash rather than the garbage disposal. If anything is damaged or needs attention during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly. Stays of 30 nights or longer require a background check, lease agreement, and security deposit.
