Spacious Group Retreat between Airport & Mountains

- Please respect the community’s quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. - Check-in begins at 4 PM, and checkout is by 10 AM, unless otherwise specified. - Smoking or vaping indoors is strictly prohibited. - Only registered guests are allowed—no unregistered visitors, parties, or events. - Please enjoy food and drinks in the kitchen and dining areas, rather than in the bedrooms. - Take extra care with remotes—lost remotes will incur a replacement fee. - Avoid moving furniture or décor, and handle all furnishings with care—damages may result in replacement costs. - No illegal substances are permitted on the premises. - Do not tamper with wifi, locks, smoke alarms, or security cameras.

- No pets are allowed. - Guests with service animals must respond to the required verification questions, keep animals off furniture, and not leave them alone for extended periods.

Only toilet paper should be flushed—please do not flush paper towels, feminine products, or “flushable” wipes. Food waste and grease should be disposed of in the trash vs. the garbage disposal. If anything is damaged or needs attention, please notify us right away so we can address it promptly. *Stays of 30 days or more will require a background check, lease agreement, and deposit.
