House Rules and Terms

To help ensure everything remains relaxing and pleasant during your stay, we kindly ask that you review and follow the house rules

- Please respect the community’s quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. - Check-in begins at 4 PM, and checkout is by 10 AM, unless otherwise specified. - Smoking or vaping indoors is strictly prohibited. - Only registered guests are allowed—no unregistered visitors, parties, or events. - Please enjoy food and drinks in the kitchen and dining areas, rather than in the bedrooms. - Take extra care with remotes—lost remotes will incur a replacement fee. - Avoid moving furniture or décor, and handle all furnishings with care—damages may result in replacement costs. - No illegal substances are permitted on the premises. - No trailer, RV, or street parking allowed.

Pet Policy (Dogs Only)

- Up to 3 dogs are allowed, each weighing 40 lbs or less. - Dogs must be declared in the reservation and are subject to a $50 per pet fee. - Please keep dogs off furniture and bedding, and do not leave them unattended for extended periods. - Dogs must be leashed while outside, per community regulations. - Please clean up after your pets at all times. - Pets must be secured or actively supervised during any scheduled service visits to ensure safe access for providers.

Additional Reminders

- Only toilet paper should be flushed—please do not flush paper towels, feminine products, or “flushable” wipes. - If anything is damaged or needs attention, please notify us right away so we can address it promptly. - Keep the hot tub covered and jets turned off when not in use. - Keep the grill off and covered when not in use. *Stays of 30 days or more will require a background check, lease agreement, and deposit.
