NOTE: The master bedroom balcony is closed off for repairs until further notice, please do not use it. * License Number: STAR-04125 * - Approved occupancy by the Town of Sylvan Lake 10 Adults, children do not count towards occupancy capacity. • Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check-out) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay. We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected. For your peace of mind, we offer two options: 1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay. 2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay. These options will be presented to you through our Boarding Pass after booking.

Sylvan Lake is one of the most popular recreational areas in Alberta, with over 1.5 million visitors per year. Water based recreational activities include boating, dragon boat racing, swimming, windsurfing, water skiing in summer and ice fishing, skating and snowmobiling during the winter months. Lakeshore Drive is a prime location for summer fun, good food and activities!
Guest Access
Guest have access to the entire home! Excluded on the property is the garage loft SUITE located at the back. There is guest parking at the back of the house.
