Damage Waiver / Security Deposit We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to make sure both you and the property are protected. For your peace of mind, we offer two options: Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay. Refundable Security Deposit – A credit card hold that is released after a successful property inspection following your stay.
