Please note, reservations require a deposit fee equal to one night's rate to be paid at your arrival in cash. Cancellation policy: A 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 30 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. A 50% refund of the total rent applies if cancellation takes place 15 calendar days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations after 14 calendar days shall be non-refundable. For cancellations which fall during the holiday season a 90-day cancellation policy applies; if cancellation takes place 90 or more days prior to date of arrival a 100% refund applies. If cancellation takes place within 90 calendar days of the arrival date, it shall be non-refundable, and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates. House rules: Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. After 10pm, loud music is not allowed; please maintain a moderate noise level. Immediately notify us of any damage or incident to the property. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles inside the condominium. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed.
