Residents enjoy access to private beach clubs with infinity pools and gourmet dining, world-renowned golf courses, tennis courts, and a full-service fitness center. The setting is quiet and secure, surrounded by lush landscapes and ocean views, just minutes from Punta de Mita’s vibrant town. A $1,500 USD or $30,000 MXN security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: 1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. 3. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.
