Welcome to THE BACKYARD GLAMPGROUND, a one-of-a-kind CAMPER/RV CAMPER/RV experience featuring a FIREPIT, BBQ GRILL, and CORNHOLES. Parked in a PRIVATE FENCED-IN YARD, enjoy outdoor games, roasting marshmallows under the stars, and gathering with friends and family for unforgettable fun. This unique glamping experience offers adventure, entertainment, relaxation, and endless outdoor enjoyment in one truly memorable stay. ⚠️ NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath CAMPER/RV is parked in a PRIVATE FENCED-IN YARD, designed for comfort, convenience, and outdoor fun. 🛏 Sleeping Arrangements - 1 Queen Bed in the master with Smart TV - 3 Single Beds in a bunk configuration - Closets in each bedroom - Sleeps up to 5 guests 🛁 Bathroom - 1 Full Bath with fresh towels and starter toiletries - Outdoor shower for rinsing off after outdoor activities 🍳 Kitchen & Dining - Full fridge - Stove - Oven - Microwave - Ice maker - Dishes, silverware, and cookware - BBQ Grill with utensils and Outdoor Kitchen - Indoor and outdoor dining options 🌊 Outdoor Fun & Entertainment - Firepit - Patio seating - CORNHOLES and other outdoor games - Cameras are on the exterior of the home for security - front driveway and RV deck cameras 📺 Indoor Comfort & Entertainment - Electric fireplace - Smart TV Please note that there may be another guest staying in a separate, fully fenced area of the property, ensuring privacy while sharing the space. The neighborhood is great for families or groups and provides a peaceful backdrop for your glamping experience. 🐜 This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. - While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted. PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience. ⚠️ Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.) *** For the safety and security of our property and guests, there are security cameras located on the back patio, driveway and RV deck.
