We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any pet waste left in the yard will result in a $100 removal fee. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal! - We do not allow parties or loud, disruptive behavior of any kind. The number of people occupying our home must not exceed 10 persons at any time. Otherwise, you will be subject to a $1000 fine and immediate eviction.
