As a result, we do not issue refunds for pests * If you book during hurricane season (July - November) we strongly suggest travel insurance. We do not issue refunds for any weather related issues * Amenities are controlled by the HOA and not us (e.g. pool) and so we cannot guarantee they will always be available (sometimes HOA closes for maintenance/cleaning). We do not issue refunds for amenity related issues. * Construction is possible - some condos undergo renovations without notifying us. * Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee them. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine 🐜 Pest Note We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests. No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns. ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.
