Restful Bedrooms The home features three well-appointed bedrooms tailored for comfort: The Master Suite: A generous sanctuary with a Queen bed and the added convenience of its own private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: A bright and airy room with a Queen bed and large windows that invite in the morning sun. Bedroom 3: A serene space with a Queen bed and plenty of closet storage to help you settle in. Additional Sleeping: The separate lounge room includes a flat-screen TV for entertainment and a sofa bed, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep for extra guests. Kitchen & Dining Our kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to elaborate family feasts. You’ll find a stovetop, electric cooker, microwave, and a full-sized fridge, along with all the essentials like a kettle, toaster, pots, and pans. Greystanes is a peaceful and family-friendly suburb in Western Sydney, perfect for those seeking a quiet escape while remaining close to the city's major hubs. You’ll be staying on a calm residential street just a 4-minute drive from the Greystanes Shopping Centre, where you’ll find supermarkets, cafes, and local bakeries for all your daily essentials. The area is well-loved for its beautiful green spaces, including the nearby Central Gardens Nature Reserve, which offers walking tracks, playgrounds, and even a small animal exhibit, making it a fantastic spot for an afternoon out with the family. Reminder: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED at this property. In the event this was booked for a house party, please call Airbnb or your relevant platform for a full refund within 24 hours; otherwise we have no choice but to cancel the reservation immediately without refund. Guest will also be required to vacate the property immediately. This will ALSO apply to having MORE GUESTS STAYING THAN the BOOKED AMOUNT. (Exceptions) Unless we have been notified before your stay. Guests will be given as much advance warning as possible when repairs are scheduled. •Bin day is on each Tuesday, please take bins out on Monday night and bring bins back on Tuesday after bins has been cleared.
