Our private room is great for students, solo adventurers, couples or business travelers, but strictly no house party. There are private facilities such as kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. THE HOUSE: This is a newly renovated home with a stylish design just about 3-minutes walk to a bus station and 4-minutes drive to Greystanes shopping center. Perfect for getting together with a large family or a large group of friends. Sleeps 2 people. House spaces include a lounge, kitchen/dining area, bathroom/toilets, laundry area. THE LOUNGE: The lounge is the perfect area of the house to go to whether to relax by yourself, kick back with a group of friends/family, watch your favorite Netflix show or simply take an afternoon nap. There is a flat screen TV, a small coffee table and a sofa bed in this modern design room. And there is a small cozy relax space with two round stools and a bigger coffee table as well. You will love it! THE KITCHEN/DINING AREA: We understand that food is an important part of every trip, so we have provided a fully equipped modern kitchen that is always ready if you wish to cook up a storm. There is a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove top, electric cooker, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and a medium sized dining table perfect for any eating needs. THE LAUNDRY AREA: Have you spilt some coffee on your shirt? Or got clothes that need cleaning? Don’t worry! Our laundry room has a basin, storage area, iron, ironing board, cleaning essentials and a washing machine for all your basic cleaning needs. There is also a clothesline hanger on balcony for you to dry your clothes. THE OUTDOOR HANGOUT AREA: This is the part of the house where guests may go outdoors to get some fresh air and eat/drink outdoors or to simply relax and have some banter. The outdoor area has a outdoor bench, which can accommodate up to 3 people at a time and a clothesline hanger for all your drying needs. PARKING: One free parking on premise available and free parking on the street as well. Greystanes is a suburb in Greater Western Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Greystanes is located 25 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district in the local government area of Cumberland Council. Founded in the late 1790s, Greystanes is one of the oldest suburbs in Sydney. Only 30mins drive to the city and right near parramatta where by you have all the shops and cafes you need. Only some 15min drive to Ryde and Rhodes, so very central. Greystanes is an ideal place to live as you are close to all facilities. The Wentworthville Station station is the nearest one to Greystanes. Reminder: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED at this property. In the event this was booked for a house party, please call Airbnb or your relevant platform for a full refund within 24 hours; otherwise we have no choice but to cancel the reservation immediately without refund. Guest will also be required to vacate the property immediately. This will ALSO apply to having MORE GUESTS STAYING THAN the BOOKED AMOUNT. (Exceptions) Unless we have been notified before your stay. For security purposes we have cameras installed at the entrances to the property. *IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES - VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN YOUR RESERVATION BEING CANCELLED WITH NO REFUNDS* To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please show consideration for the neighbors. •Please keep the noise level down to a minimum after 10 PM (No loud music) •Guests shall maintain their rooms in a condition that does not create a fire and/or hazard. •Strictly no house party allowed. •You are to eat and drink in the kitchen/living room areas only. •No overnight visitors are permitted •Booked guests are responsible for the behavior of their guests. •The yard is always to be kept clear of garbage and debris. •No smoking, bad language or drugs on the premises. •Smoking, alcohol allowed outside the property with proper disposal. •Guests are required to provide access to their room in order for repairs to be done. Guests will be given as much advance warning as possible when repairs are scheduled. •Bin day is on each Tuesday, please take bins out on Monday night and bring bins back on Tuesday after bins has been cleared.
