The left side is the backyard of the home. The landscape is finished with outdoor chairs and area for the dogs to roam. Baggies to pick up after your pets are also available at the house :) Thank you for picking up after your pets. The right side of the backyard is an RV which is also an Airbnb. They have their own entrance and would not ever been on your side of the property. 🚮Tuesdays and Fridays they load at 7 AM, guests need to bring it to the road for pickup. 🐜 This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. We treat regularly, and while we don’t issue refunds for pests, we’re always happy to assist if needed. PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience. ⚠️ Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of.
