Light scrubbing is sufficient 🧽. If the grill is not cleaned after check-out, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover our cleaners. 🔇 Quiet Hours Between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, please do not play music in the backyard 🎶❌. Kindly respect our neighbors and keep noise levels low. 🚫 Street Parking No overnight parking is allowed on the street. 🐶 Pet Policy • One dog under 30 lbs is allowed • $100 pet deposit required (fully refundable after check-out if the home is returned in good condition) • No cats or other animals are permitted 🚫🐱 🏡 LifeStyle Clubhouse Access LifeStyle Clubhouse access allows up to 4 guests for free.
