Noosa Council Code of conduct for guests: As hosts we are obliged to enforce the below code of conduct, and if a complaint is made we are required to address it with our guests within 30 minutes (24/7). Any complaints received after hours (outside Business days 9-5pm) will incur a $250 fee. Breaches could lead to eviction and suspension of our letting licence. If guests are evicted due to breaching the code of conduct no refund will be given. We respectfully request that all guests adhere to the code of conduct at all times: Vehicles to be stored to not cause a nuisance or inconvenience to adjoining premises, and be parked within parking facilities on the premises where provided. Use of the premises, including any outdoor area of the premises, for example, an outdoor entertainment area, deck, balcony, swimming pool or spa, must not— detrimentally affect the residential amenity (including but not limited to noise, overlooking or light spill) enjoyed by residents adjoining or in the vicinity of the premises; or cause a nuisance (including a noise nuisance); or display unacceptable behaviour (for example loud aggressive behaviour; yelling, screaming, arguing; excessively loud cheering, clapping or singing; or create a level of noise which is in excess of the acceptable levels described by Queensland Government legislation for environmental protection (noise). An occupant of the premises must not sleep or camp on the premises in a tent, caravan, campervan or similar facility. The maximum occupancy is 2 guests per bedroom. No more than 6 guests may occupy the premises at any time. General waste (including the separation of recyclable waste) must be placed in a waste container. Waste containers must be placed on the kerb side frontage of the premises for the collection of waste each Thursday for collection on Friday by the guest in residence, and be moved back inside the gated area within 24 hours of the scheduled collection day. The waste containers cannot be left by the roadside for more than 24 hours. The grounds of the premises are kept in a safe and tidy condition. GENERAL HOUSE RULES: As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home, whilst keeping our neighbours happy and the home in great condition for all our guests. We would truly appreciate it if you could accept the local code of conduct and our house rules, and thank you in advance for your cooperation! *Strictly no schoolies or groups. *We reserve the right to decline reservations that we do not feel comfortable with. *Kindly remove your shoes indoors please to keep sand outside. Please make use of the outdoor shower upon return from the beach. *Please refrain from rearranging the furniture. *This accommodation is for residential purposes only, functions or parties (big or small) are strictly not permitted and penalties apply. * As per council guidelines the use of outdoor areas is limited to reasonable hours to not impact on adjoining resident’s sleep and enjoyment of their homes. Please limit the hours of use of outdoor areas such as decks and balconies to no later than 9pm, particularly on weekdays. Guests should then move inside and turn off outside music and outdoor lights. As the use of pools generate a lot of noise activity, the hours of use of pools and spas is 7am-8pm. additional charges will be applied to your booking if we receive a noise complaint and security is called ($250). If you do not reduce the noise level at this time, authorities and Airbnb may be contacted for your removal off the property should noise complaints be received. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN should you be asked to leave due to breaking the house rules or non-compliance with the code of conduct. *The owner will not be responsible for any injury suffered to a guest, or visitors of a guest. *All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian Children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you. *We want you to enjoy the pool area, but to avoid injury, please no bombing or running. *Children are not allowed in the gated swimming pool area without an adult actively supervising in the space for safety. *No drinking glasses or bottles are to be taken into the pool area - only plastic items allowed. *Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. *Any sports equipment, baby equipment or toys supplied are there for your enjoyment but used at your own risk. The host cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained from using the equipment. Extra fees: *Excessive cleaning costs will be charged to the guests if the house is not left in a neat and tidy condition. *Upon departure BBQ is to be cleaned please, if used. An additional charge of $40 will be applied if it is left dirty. *Please take great care not to lose the keys or garage remote. Loss or damage will incur additional charges. *If you leave property behind on departure, we are happy to send it back to you for a minimum charge of $25 covering postage and our time to retrieve and send the items *Emu holiday has a selection of baby equipment available to hire. Cleaning: The cleaning is provided by a commercial cleaning company and they provide a cleanliness guarantee. Their contact details are advertised in the accommodation. If the cleanliness is not to your expectation please contact the provider directly, they will rectify any reasonable issues. Please keep in mind that we are dealing with labour shortages and high costs of living just as the rest of the country. Please know we do our very best to provide beautiful, clean spaces to our guests, but we have a constant turnover of staff and they are not always perfect. So if there has been a small oversight, please forgive us, but major issues will be addressed. NO refund will be provided as we offer a cleanliness guarantee. In the event that the cleaning company is unresponsive please contact us via the Airbnb app and we will assist. Adjacent units, nearby buildings and roads can have noisy maintenance or construction at times. This is completely beyond our control, and no refund will be provided if this occurs.
