In an incredible location, a quiet area in the heart of the city, just a few minutes from the beginning of the Hotel Zone and surrounded by supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants and bars.
About the Home
Incredible private studio apartment with air conditioner, with a delicious king size bed, has large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishes and utensils) and Smart TV, stable and fast 50MB speed WIFI (Ethernet connection available). Is perfect for 2 persons, but more persons are allowed to stay. Extra persons would sleep in an air mattress. You can make use of the shared terrace either to relax or to get a tan where we have hammocks, tables and chairs.

We are passionate about travel. We started with MI CASA ES TU CASA since 2015 and it has become our passion. We have been receiving people from all over the world in our units for more than 6 years and we love it! Stay with us and get a free gym day pass (8min walking from the apartment). We have partnered with a professional laboratory to perform PCR testing (extra cost) in our units (they come to our place) in case you need it.

GAIA STUDIOS is located in a quiet area with mini supermarkets, laundry and food delivery, supermarkets nearby, flea markets, restaurants & bars, shopping malls, easy access for public transportation and many other things around. It is at a perfect distance from everything but still in a quiet and safe quarter. Located at: 5min walk to bus stop that takes you to the beaches and hotel zone. 5min walk to restaurants and cafeterias. 8min walk to popular Mercado 28. 8min walk to traditional Parque de las Palapas. 8min walk to Walmart. 10min walk to ADO bus station. 10min by bus from the first beach of the hotel zone. 20-25min by car from the airport.
