About the Home

Incredible 35sqm private studio with a delicious KING bed, air conditioning, full bathroom with outdoor bathtub, closet, equipped kitchenette (mini fridge, blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kitchen utensils, stove and dishes), 32" SMART TV, stable and fast 100MB WIFI connection and work station. It is ideal for 1 or 2 persons. You can relax in the shared central patio and/or work in the coworking space where you can connect with other travelers.

We are passionate about travel. We started with MI CASA ES TU CASA since 2015 and it has become our passion. We have been receiving people from all over the world in our properties for more than 7 years and we love it! We have partnered with a professional lab to do PCR testing (extra cost) in our units (they come to our place) in case you need it. We can organize your transportation to or from the airport or to any destination, just ask us and it will be a pleasure to help you. We have laundry delivery service (extra cost), request it with us and between 24hrs to 48hrs your clothes will be clean and back with you.

CASA IKAL has an excellent location in the heart of the city, ideal for getting to know Cancun without the need a car. Just 700mts away from the start of the Hotel Zone and the beautiful beaches of the Caribbean, close to Mercado 28, Parque de las Palapas, Plaza Malecón Americas, Puerto Cancun Marina Town Center and the ADO bus station. Located at: 8min walk from the bus stop that takes you to the beaches and hotel zone. 5min walk from restaurants and coffee shops. 5min walk from Superama Supermarket. 20min walk from the popular Market 28. 10min walk from the traditional Parque de las Palapas. 15min walk from the ADO bus station. 20-25min by car from the airport.
