Private 114 sq ft studio. Located in a second floor, has 1 super comfy king-sized bed, A/C, Smart T.V., fully equipped kitchen (kitchenware, stove, frigobar, coffee-maker, blender, microwave), and a spacious bathroom.

Good to know

We are passionate about travel. We started with MI CASA ES TU CASA since 2015 and it has become our passion. We have been receiving people from all over the world in our units for more than 5 years and we love it! Stay with us and get a free gym day pass (12min walking from the apartment). We have partnered with a professional laboratory to perform PCR testing (extra cost) in our units (they come to our place) in case you need it.

STAY TROPICAL has a great location in the heart of the city. It's ideal to discover Cancun without the need of a vehicle. We are close to the hotel zone and to the beautiful beaches of the caribbean. Public transport stops less than a mile away, as well as supermarkets, coffeeshops, restaurants, bars and more. Nearby attractions: 8min walk from the bus stop that takes you to the beach and the hotel zone. 8min walk from restaurants and coffee shops. 10min walk from Walmart. 15min walk from Market 28. 15min walk from Parque de las Palapas. 20min walk from ADO bus terminal. 20-25min drive from the airport.
