Spread across three levels, this apartment offers a unique layout. The upper floors house the cozy bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom. Downstairs, the inviting kitchen and living area open onto a private balcony, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Table Mountain. Stay connected and entertained with complimentary WiFi. To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide a free weekly cleaning service. Additionally, guests have full access to a communal pool, perfect for relaxation. Please be advised that this apartment is ideally suited for a couple with children, rather than four adults, due to the bedroom layout in the loft area which offers limited privacy. Also, given the two flights of stairs between the living room and bedrooms, the apartment may not be suitable for very young children. House Rules and Terms

An extra charge of ZAR 150 will apply when checking in after 18h00 and after 22h00, an extra fee of ZAR 250 which is payable upon check in. No loud noise after 21h00 and no noise after 23h00. No smoking. You will be liable for a fine up to R1000 for smoking violations. We may require you to send us a copy of all the guests ID/ Passport documents over AirBnB as we need to register you at the building manager. No more than 2 visitors are allowed at any time, and no one is allowed to stay over except for the guests booked. You will also be required to sign a document upon check in explaining the house rules. For monthly rentals (30+ nights) electricity will be limited to R500 for a 1 bedroom and R750 for a 2 bedroom.
