This is a simple place to stay with a fantastic view just outside your door. The garage has been renovated into a detached guest room, complete with a full bathroom. You also have access to the yard for your pets. Please note that the bed will not be made upon your arrival, but linens will be provided, and the couch will be set up. The main area is 126 square feet (14x9) Note: The WiFi signal is weak indoors, and you may need to be outside for it to work properly. Second guest is welcome, but please bring your own bedding. I will accept you if you have a pet. Though I do have a high extra pet cleaning fee. I feel like it is better for me to at least give people with a pet with an option even though there is a higher pet fee then most people. ($250) All times are subject to change based on traffic. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person, per night. Check-In/Check-Out: Standard Check-In: 3 PM Central Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM Central are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee. Standard Check-Out: 11 AM Central Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly. Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
