Made just for you and your large group! Across the street from the beach. Sleep 13! 4 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms with King, Queen, Double, and single beds. 2 Outdoor Deck Spaces with gas grill and gas fireplaces. Large Living Room. Chef's kitchen with two dishwashers. Large dinningroom table plenty of seating for every one at meal times. We are not accepting pets at this time. IMPORTANT: This listing is for ONE private condo unit (Unit C) only. The entire building is NOT included. This is a great spot with lots to offer. Waters Edge Suites is across the street from Stearns Beach on Lake Michigan in Ludington. Downtown Ludington, tighten up your shoelaces and head up town for some great food and drinks! Only 12 min stroll from your Suite! Suite C has a maximum of 13 Guests allowed. The security deposit is a temporary hold on your credit card and will be auto lifted 7-14 days after your stay. Please note the short term lease agreement must be signed before check in information will be given. This is a Multi Unit Building. There are security cameras in the Parking lot, lobby, game room ,and fire stairwell. Payment policy: 49% of booking price due at the time of booking. The remainder balance will be due 50 days before your stay. Our Cancelation policy: 100% refund of the amount paid if you cancel 60 days before check in. No refund if you cancel after 60 days. Cancel by 11:59 pm (property's local time) 60 days before your check in date listed to qualify for the refund amount. We have security cameras in the common spaces, parking lot, lobby, game room, and fire stairwell. No cameras are in the Condo units itself. We are not accepting pets at this time.
