House Rules and Terms
Check-out: 11 AM. Unauthorized late check-out: $50 fee. Return furniture to its original position and return all keys, fobs, and garage openers. Lost/damaged items: $150 fee.
Strictly prohibited: Parties, drugs, indoor smoking/vaping, pets, and indoor shoes. Fees may apply: $250 for party mess, $100 for pet hair, $100 for smoking odours, and extra carpet cleaning fees.
Respect neighbours: Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. Do not exceed guest limits or block driveways; vehicles may be towed.
Winter safety: Use caution around ice and snow.
