STRICT NO PET POLICY - PETS INSIDE OUR HOME WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE. STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY - SMOKING OF ANY KIND WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE. STAYING PAST THE CHECKOUT TIME OF 11AM WILL RESULT IN $50 FEE. GARAGE OPENER MUST BE LEFT ON ISLAND - LOST OR STOLEN FOB WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE. **Lost keys/fobs/garage opener $250/each charge. Please make sure to return them before checking out - Failure to return furniture to its original position upon checkout may incur a fee. NO parties and NO events. **We can provide a pack n' play crib for a fee of $40 We are not liable for any slips or falls due to ice or snow during the winter. Please exercise caution when there are winter conditions.
