Professionally managed and fully equipped with high-speed internet, a private backyard, and two dedicated parking stalls. Conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport and CrossIron Mills, and 20 minutes to downtown. Guests enjoy full private access to the main and upper levels; basement tenants have a completely separate entrance and do not interfere with the stay.

House Rules and Terms

• STRICT NO PARTIES/ EVENTS OR DRUG USE - $500 FINE FOR EVIDENCE OF PARTIES/ EVENTS OR DRUG USE. • STRICT NO PET POLICY - PETS INSIDE OUR HOME WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE. • STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY – SMOKING INSIDE OF ANY KIND WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE. • STAYING PAST THE CHECKOUT TIME OF 11AM WILL RESULT IN $50 FEE. • Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE IF VIOLATED - Failure to return furniture to its original position upon checkout may incur a fee. • NO more than 6 people allowed inside at a time. • We are not liable for any slips or falls due to ice or snow during the winter. Please exercise caution when there are winter conditions.

Guest Verification Required
