The kids' room and playroom are set up with toys and books for little guests to enjoy – we just ask that everything stays in the home for the next family. This is a peaceful residential street, so we kindly ask guests to keep things relaxed and considerate of our lovely neighbours, especially between 10pm and 7am.
The Neighborhood
Miami is one of the Gold Coast's most loved beachside suburbs – relaxed, local and full of character. Miami Beach is a 10-minute walk away and North Burleigh Beach around 12 minutes, with the North Burleigh Surf Club perfect for a family lunch. Ernie Tebb Park, with its playground, is close by, and the famous Burleigh and Nobby Beach dining precincts are a 25-minute stroll. Supermarkets, cafés and the Miami Marketta are all nearby.
Guest Access
The whole house is yours for your stay – all three bedrooms, the upstairs playroom, living areas, kitchen, laundry, covered patio and private backyard. The garage is locked and isn't available to guests. Check-in is from 3pm with a lockbox at the front door, and check-out is by 10am. We'll send everything you need before you arrive so settling in is easy.
