Any breach of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the booking and removal from the property. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult around the swimming pools, water park and other resort facilities at all times. Some resort facilities and activities, including Kids Club and mini golf, may have additional charges, booking requirements, age restrictions or scheduled operating hours. Please respect other resort guests and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during the evening and early morning.

Guests have private access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, including both bedrooms, living areas, kitchen and the huge private balcony. Self check-in makes arrival easy, with clear access instructions provided before your stay. Guests also have access to Turtle Beach Resort's extensive facilities, including swimming pools and spas, Splash Zone water park, adults-only pool and spa, mini golf, Kids Club, tennis, basketball, games room, onsite cinema, gym and BBQ areas. Free secure undercover parking is available onsite, subject to resort availability. Please note the car park height clearance is 2.1 m, so taller vehicles such as some vans, campervans and 4WDs with roof racks or roof boxes won't fit. The resort also offers dining and a tour desk for guests wanting to organise transfers, tours and Gold Coast experiences. Once you've checked in, unpack the bags, get the swimmers on and let the holiday begin. Good to know: Turtle Beach is a relaxed low-rise resort with no lifts, so there are a few flights of stairs between the car park and the apartment - worth knowing if you're bringing a pram, heavy luggage or anyone who'd find stairs tricky.
