We ask all guests to be respectful and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and early morning. STRICTLY NO PARTIES, NO SCHOOLIES, BUCKS, HENS PARTIES OR EVENTS. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the booking and removal from the property. The apartment is located on the 5th floor and is accessed by lift. One allocated secure basement car space - No. 25 - is included with your stay. Please note that the beautiful water outlook is across the Gold Coast Broadwater. The apartment is not located directly on an ocean surf beach. We want every guest to have a fantastic stay while respecting the peaceful residential community around us.
