BREAKFAST NOOK: Connected between the living room and kitchen, with seating for 4. LIVING ROOM: Spacious living room with cozy seating, smart tv, fireplace, and loads of board games. MASTER ENSUITE: Spacious bedroom that is furnished with King bed, sitting area, smart tv, and large closet with dresser and private coffee bar. This bedroom has an attached full bathroom with large walk in shower and double vanity. GUEST BEDROOM 1: A fun tropical bedroom with 2 Twin beds and closet. FULL BATHROOM: Full bathroom with access hallway. Includes a shower tub combination. GUEST BEDROOM 2: A spacious room with Queen bed, desk, and closet. A second ensuite with full bathroom attached. Downtown is only 2 miles away, making this the perfect central spot for your adventures! **PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
