Walk to nearby Lake Cay Commons for Publix, casual dining and everyday essentials, or head to International Drive for more restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Beyond the theme parks, spend an afternoon browsing Orlando's outlet malls, enjoy a round of golf at nearby Shingle Creek Golf Club or explore the restaurants, shops and entertainment at Disney Springs. The Orange County Convention Center is also just a short drive away, making this location convenient for family vacations, theme park getaways and convention stays alike. What You'll Find When You Arrive - Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered. Good to Know Before You Arrive - Washcloths are not provided. - We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way. - The property is not responsible for natural disasters, power outages, internet interruptions, or any events beyond our control. - This is a self-catering home. A starter pack is provided, but please plan ahead to purchase additional groceries, toiletries, and supplies for longer stays. - A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available free of charge upon request with at least 72 hours’ notice. House Guidelines - Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. - No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $500 USD fine applies. - Pets are allowed upon request, with a maximum of 2 pets per house. A pet fee applies. - Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families. - No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds. - This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level. - We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture. Booking Requirements - Lead guest must be 21 or older. - A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation - Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay. - Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout, provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.) Safety & Damages - Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to both condos during your stay. And access, of course, to the resort amenities on site.

House Rules and Terms

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are allowed upon request, with a maximum of 2 pets per house. A pet fee applies.
