Step onto your private fourth-floor balcony each morning and plan the day's adventure over coffee, then come home to a full kitchen and room to spread out. Bedrooms &Bathrooms Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms give everyone their own space after a long day at the parks. • Bedroom one offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom • Bedroom two has three twin beds, great for kids or friends traveling together • Bedroom three features a king bed All linens are provided, and each bathroom is stocked with essentials to get you started. Living, Dining & Kitchen The open living area flows onto the balcony, so you can leave the door open and let the breeze in while the kids watch TV or play arcade games. The dining table seats four for family meals, and the full kitchen has everything you need — coffee maker, dishwasher, full-size fridge, stove, and oven. Cook breakfast before the parks open or reheat leftovers after a late night; either way, you'll save time and money. Outdoor Amenities Vista Cay's clubhouse anchors the resort with two pools, a poolside bar, BBQ pits, and sun loungers. Kids can burn off energy at the splash pool, playground, or arcade, while adults hit the fitness center or stroll the two-mile trail around the lake. Publix is less than a mile away, and the resort's front desk and concierge team are on hand if you need restaurant recommendations or park tickets. Good To Know Free parking and an elevator make unloading easy. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and refresh swimsuits and park clothes as needed. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected if you need to check in with work. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the condo comfortable year-round. Pool heating is available in winter for fifty dollars per day and must cover your full stay — request at least seven days before arrival. A BBQ grill is available for an additional fee with forty-eight hours' notice. The resort's location puts you fifteen to twenty minutes from Epcot and even closer to Universal and SeaWorld, with shopping and dining all around.

Pool & BBQ • Pool heating is available (Winter only) for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature. What You'll Find When You Arrive • Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered. Good to Know Before You Arrive • Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way. House Guidelines • Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. • No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies. • Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families. • No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds. • This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level. • We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture. Booking Requirements • Lead guest must be 21 or older. • A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation • Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay. • Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.) Safety & Damages • Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only. • Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
