House was great for the whole family! Loved that there were four bathrooms for 4 bedrooms. The location could not have been better! Such a short walk to Poipu Beach but the neighborhood remained quiet and peaceful. Property is in a super location near the beach and well furnished for a large family gathering. We had a wonderful time. Location was just perfect. The size was great lots of room for our family. No one felt crowded. I would stay again. Our family stayed here in June of 2022 and it worked out great. The location is fabulous and loved being able to walk back and forth to both beaches. Overall, a great place to stay. Everything was great for our family of 4 (kids 13 and 11) and our friends’ family (kids 11 and 9). This location is amazing!!! Super easy walk to Poipu Beach and Brennecke’s. We enjoyed Poku Dog as well. The added bonus of having access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club was huge! Our kids loved the pool and volleyball court and we enjoyed the food/drinks there as well. The house was easily able to accommodate our two families and had everything we needed. We even found quite a bit of beach stuff in the outside closet - chairs, umbrellas, water shoes, beach toys. If you’re staying here, wait until you get to the rental and see what’s there before buying. We ended up returning a beach umbrella to Costco as there were multiple there in the closet available for use. Communication with rental company was smooth and they answered all of our questions timely. One thing that may be helpful is to have a list of checkout instructions or confirm that there are none for bedding, sheets, towels, etc. Thanks for a fantastic vacation! We will be back and we will recommend this property to anyone going there. Had a lovely stay at the Koali Poipu Hale. The house has been updated (photos don’t reflect those updates) so we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the house was. Having two living areas worked well for my large family. Location was perfect. We all thought our beach was the best on the island. Sandy beach and great body surfing. House came well equipped with sand chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear. Our one complaint was there is no large table. The tables were all 4 tops and yet the house easily sleeps 12. Highly recommend owner get a long table that seats 8-12. The kitchen or lanai would easily hold one. A week was not enough in this paradise. Hope to rent the house for two weeks next time. This is a great house and you will not be disappointed. Loved it!
