The 3-story Hono Kai complex has direct access to over six miles of white sandy beach just steps from the manicured resort grounds perfect for swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, sunbathing, and surfing at times. In a brief 13 min walk (0.7 mi) via Hauoli St, you can enjoy the Maalaea Harbor, the Maalaea Harbor shops, Maui’s Ocean Center Aquarium, the Maui Golf and Sports Park, and much more. The oceanfront pool is located just a wall away from the glistening waters of the Hawaiian ocean. Enjoy watching turtles and sealife playing in the waves, including whales, depending on the season (December- mid-April) while sitting or swimming at the pool or grilling at the community BBQ station. There are several lounge chairs and a public wash-off station just outside the pool for use at your convenience before residing back in your Maui hale (home). Each floor is fitted with laundry facilities offering 2 quarter-operated washers and 2 dryers. Please NOTE there is NO elevator access. Perfect place to sit and watch the waves and the sunsets. Beach access ~ a 2 minute walk away. Very comfortable for 2-6 people, with 3 beds and plenty of lounging space. Great to be in a quieter neighborhood. The place is right on the ocean. The resort has a small beach, but the views from the balcony are spectacular. The house had double high ceiling, with the view being unobstructed from both the loft bedrooms. Overall, the place and location was excellent This is a wonderful condo! There were just two of us, but there’s room for 6-8 depending on the arrangement. The view and easy beach access was amazing! The pool is also very nice! This place is 15-20 minutes outside of Kihei/Wailea, which we really liked. It was quite nice to be close, but separated from the touristy areas. They provided beach chairs, pool noodles and a cooler which came in handy on our excursions around the island. It was so great to have access to these items! Exceeded expectations! They had more accommodations than we were expecting for example a rice cooker, blender, beach chairs, beach towels, and all the kitchen things n
