Bedroom #3 has a twin trundle which can be made up as two twin beds. Ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bathroom #4 is set to the back of the kitchen and has a shower. 3100 sf of interior space – central A/C – gourmet kitchen – telephone with answering machine – high speed wireless internet – flat screen TV with TIVO- DVD – smaller TV’s in kitchen and master bath – stereo wired throughout the house (including lanai) – oceanviews from every room- safe for guest valuables – ceiling fans throughout All private facilities are available for your exclusive use – a 55 foot infinity edge pool, and a deep soaking hot-tub.This totally private swimming pool and hot-tub is for the exclusive use of the Pinnacle main house guests. Even with the large size of the pool, the owners wanted to ensure safety, comfort and access for everyone. To accommodate this the pool has a child safety net that must be used when small children are staying at the home. Cottage on property also available for rent.
