Guest Registration

All guests must be registered at least 24 hours prior to arrival. A copy or clear photo of your passport and valid visa (if applicable) must be sent to us as soon as your booking is confirmed.

Check-In Policy

Should you wish to be checked in by person

-After 18:00: A late check-in fee of ZAR 250 applies. -After 22:00: A late check-in fee of ZAR 450 applies.

Our apartments are located in residential buildings with permanent residents. Please respect the community and building rules

No loud noise after 20:00, and complete quiet is expected after 22:00. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and within the building. Violation may result in a fine of up to ZAR 1,000 and possible immediate eviction. A maximum of four people, including visitors, are allowed in the apartment at any time. No overnight guests are permitted unless they are listed on the original booking.

Upon arrival, all guests must sign a check-in form confirming acceptance of these house rules.

Cleaning Services

Complimentary cleaning is only included for stays longer than 7 nights.

Electricity Usage (Long Stays)

For bookings of 28 nights or more, electricity is included up to ZAR 1000 per month. Any usage beyond this limit will be billed to the guest. For compliance with building rules, guests are kindly requested not to place or leave any clothes horses, laundry, wet clothing, or towels on the balcony if visible to neighbours or from outside the building. All such items must be kept inside the apartment or out of sight at all times.
