About the Home

You will enjoy a large south-facing terrace, perfect for sharing convivial moments with family or friends. Inside, expansive bay windows flood the living spaces with natural light. The main room features a cathedral ceiling, enhancing the feeling of space and volume. The atmosphere blends modernity, quality materials, and warm touches. The layout of the property is as follows, On the ground floor, you will find: - A spacious living area with a dining space, a cozy reading nook, and a fully equipped open kitchen. - A large lounge with a sofa, armchair, and smart TV. - A generous bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Upstairs: - A first bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and blackout blinds. - A second bedroom, also with a 140x190 double bed and blackout blinds. - A mezzanine with a convertible sofa that turns into two single beds (80x190). The outdoor area has been thoughtfully designed, featuring garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. The owners have furnished and equipped the home with great care, including brand-new furniture and kitchenware, to ensure absolute and uncompromising comfort throughout your stay.

Good to know

The rate includes bed linen, beds made upon arrival, and bath towels. The living areas can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. You will have the entire house, spread over two levels, with a staircase providing access to the bedrooms.
