The layout has been carefully optimized to offer you a welcoming and comfortable space, ideal for hosting up to 4 guests. All furniture and utensils are brand new. The house is arranged as follows: On the ground floor, you’ll find: - A living room with a sofa and a large smart TV, - A dining area with a table, - A fully functional bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, towels, and a washing machine, - A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, new dishes and utensils. Upstairs: - A master bedroom with a large double bed (160 x 200), wardrobe, small desk, and TV, - A second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190), linen storage, and a TV. The small private courtyard, fully enclosed, is a real highlight — perfect for enjoying sunny meals in a peaceful, intimate setting. You’ll find a parasol, garden furniture, and a barbecue. To make your arrival easier, free and convenient parking is available just a few steps from the property, ensuring peace of mind from the moment you arrive.

Good to know

The rate includes bed linen, beds made upon arrival, and bath towels. The living areas can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. You will have the entire house, spread over two levels, with a staircase providing access to the bedrooms.
