About the Home
This family home is outfitted with three bedrooms (Bed 1 has a king bed Bed 2 has a double, Bed 3 has a queen), with a recently renovated main bathroom with toilet, second separate toilet and laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your necessary appliances that opens onto the back yard and garden. Outside features a BBQ table with seating for six, plus two lounge seats. The home has air-conditioning in the main lounge room and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Please note that the bathroom, toilet and laundry have recently been renovated (bathtub has been removed), and the listing photos have not yet been updated to reflect these improvements. The property now features refreshed spaces for your comfort and enjoyment. The home is an easy 10 minute stroll to nearby Currimundi dog beach via wide paths and roads with little traffic (as pointed out by our recent guest Jenny). We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

The home is located in the quiet Sunshine Coast suburb of Battery Hill and is positioned only a short drive or cycle to the beautiful sands of Dicky Beach. Battery Hill is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, skate parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.
