Step through the front door into a welcoming hallway that leads through the home, revealing a thoughtfully designed layout with plenty of space to unwind, entertain and spend quality time together. Just off the entrance, you'll discover a spacious king bedroom, offering a peaceful retreat complete with a ceiling fan, ducted air conditioning and a comfortable occasional chair. Connecting directly to this bedroom is a separate media and sitting room, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV and a small dining table for two. This versatile space provides a lovely additional area to relax, whether you're enjoying a quiet morning coffee, catching up on your favourite shows or simply seeking some privacy from the main living areas. Adjoining the sitting room is a convenient kitchenette, equipped with a fridge, sink, kettle and toaster. This additional space offers extra flexibility for families and groups travelling together, with a connecting doorway leading through to the home's main kitchen. Good to know
*Security Cameras: Please note that there are four external security cameras located around the property. One is positioned on the front power pole in the front garden, one above the garage roller door on the corner of the house, one on the external wall near the laundry door and one on the rear corner of the home overlooking the backyard. All four security cameras will be switched off during guest stays. None of the cameras have visibility inside the home. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings. *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the home, including all five bedrooms, three bathrooms, additional toilets, the main kitchen, kitchenette, multiple living and media rooms, dedicated workspace, laundry and outdoor entertaining area with a spacious backyard. Parking is available for up to two vehicles, with internal access to the garage from the ground floor.
