SUPPLIES PROVIDED Freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests. Essentials included to start you up: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap. While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items. PET POLICY Pets are not allowed. EXTRAS Extra Pack ‘n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity. HOUSE RULES No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Primary renters must be 25 years or older. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1 2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day/Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation. SECURITY There are 3 security cameras in the front of the home. Please note, Porter does not hold ownership nor have access to the cameras on-site.
