Welcome to your modern retreat on Smith Street, Highgate. This two-bedroom townhouse has been fully renovated to provide a stylish and comfortable stay. Downstairs, you’ll find a bright open-plan living area featuring a spiral staircase, smart TV, and a dining table for four. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and cooking essentials. A convenient laundry nook with washer and dryer is also located on this level. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a queen bed, air conditioning, and direct access to a private balcony, while the second bedroom includes two single beds and a ceiling fan. The modern bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, large mirror, and quality finishes. For outdoor relaxation, enjoy your morning coffee in the front courtyard or unwind in the evening on the upstairs balcony.

CHECK-IN TIME - from 3 pm onwards. - We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time. CHECK-OUT TIME - until 10 am. - Please contact us if a late check-out is required. AMENITIES -A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests. GUESTS - Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in - Please do not book on behalf of other people. - Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names. Guest Verification & Damage Deposit -Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest". -Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid. -Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported. -The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest. RATE INCLUDES - Parking bay - Bed linen and bath towels - Complementary bathroom products including: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash. - Kitchen basics including: tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. RULES - No pets. - No smoking. - No parties. - Visitors are not allowed overnight. - Quiet time: 9 pm to 7 am. PARKING - There is one parking bay available.

It’s also a short walk to HBF Park, making the home ideal for guests attending concerts, football matches, or other major events. Perth CBD is only a 15–20 minute walk, or a quick 5–10 minutes by bus, while Northbridge’s nightlife, dining, and cultural attractions are also close by. Highgate itself is leafy, welcoming, and highly walkable, offering the perfect blend of local charm and city convenience. Optus Stadium, Elizabeth Quay, and Perth Airport (20 minutes by car) are all easily accessible, with free on-site parking available for guests.

House Rules and Terms

Terms and Conditions • Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing. • Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500. • Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed. • Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs. • Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. • Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night. • Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property. • Lost keys will be charged $200 per set. • If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest. The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police. Cancellation Policy Cloudbnb applies a Firm Cancellation Policy. Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made within the applicable cancellation period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price will apply. Any refund will be calculated based on the total booking price, less the applicable cancellation fee and any non-refundable fees or charges set by the booking platform or payment provider.
