About the Home

This spacious canal-front home offers you four well-appointed bedrooms and a highly functional layout, ideal for families or multiple couples. You’ll find two bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, while the other two share a modern ensuite - giving you both comfort and privacy during your stay. Upstairs, you’ll enjoy a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with stunning canal views through large windows and a relaxed coastal feel. Comfortable lounge spaces make it easy for you to unwind after a day on the water. Downstairs, a separate games room gives you extra space to spread out - perfect for kids, movie nights, or casual entertaining. The dual-level layout allows you to enjoy great separation, making it especially suitable for family stays. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a gas cooktop, quality appliances, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and dining items. Whether you’re preparing a family meal or putting together a grazing board for sunset drinks, you’ll have it all at your fingertips. Outside, you can relax and take in the peaceful waterfront setting with your own private jetty and direct canal access (BYO boat). It’s the perfect way for you to experience true canal living - whether you're heading out on the water or simply enjoying the view. For your comfort year-round, the home includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and secure double garage parking, so you can enjoy a seamless and comfortable stay. PARKING There is free parking available at the property. A covered garage is also available and can host up to two cars.

AMENITIES -A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests. CHECK-IN After booking you will be required to complete the following at least 24 hours before arrival to receive your check-in instructions: 1️⃣ ID Verification – Upload a valid physical photo ID (passport or driver’s licence) via Safeguest (no digital IDs accepted!). 2️⃣ Refundable Damage Deposit – This will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages are reported. Bookings must be made under the traveller’s name — companies are welcome but must book under the guest staying. House Rules and Terms

• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $900 for deodorizing. • Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $300. • Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $250 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed. • Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $900 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs. • Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. • Non-registered guests will be charged $500 per person per night. • Lockouts will be charged at $350 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $900 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property. • Lost keys will be charged $800 per set. • If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest. •The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. •The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police. Cancellation Policy Cloudbnb applies a Firm Cancellation Policy. Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made within the applicable cancellation period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price will apply. Any refund will be calculated based on the total booking price, less the applicable cancellation fee and any non-refundable fees or charges set by the booking platform or payment provider.
